A man sustained serious injuries after his vehicle went over a curb and hit a fire hydrant, a KOMO News article reports. The injury crash occurred in the 2400 block of East Marginal Way in Seattle. The man had to be extricated from his Kia Sportage SUV, which came to rest against a fence. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries.
